Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item:

• Is unused, uninstalled, and not disassembled
• Is in original packaging
• Includes all parts and instructions

To initiate a return, you must obtain an RMA number. Items must be securely packaged with the RMA clearly displayed.

Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective product or our error, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

Non-returnable items:

• Special orders
• Obsolete or discontinued items
